    I absolutely hate this format, go back to the old format. I have lost important emails and can not find a way to retrieve them. Never in over 25 years have I wanted to leave AOL, but I do. You have totally ruined my email. I hate this.

  2. I agree, new format stinks. Thinking of changing email platforms. You should have correction as this occurred many updates ago

  3. When I read a message, your app automatically moves it to Old Mail. STOP THAT !!!! If I wanted it in old mail, I would put it there myself!

  5. stop adding extra ads between emails in mobile app. I already pay a premium. I will make a point go never buy anything from these companies.

  8. As many have said, the older format was easier to use. When I go back to read my e mail and what I didn't finish writing back, its lost.

  9. fix new mail disappearing and then reappearing later. Also open email suddenly jumping to next email while reading it.
