    Why in the world would you think that having less fint options is a good idea? I've always used my signature "Comic Sans" as my font which expresses my attitude beautifully. Is any of the powers that be at AOL corporate even giving us long time subscribers any consideration at all about restoring our classic A
    OL Shield email version? At the least continue to give the option to choose which we prefer.!!

    Is updating the AOL classic email supposed to be justification for raising the AOL subscription rate?? Well keep the rate and please restore our old classic Shield!

  10. I want to go back to my classic email setting, this version isn't working for me. You have not got any formatting in the 'Compose' email tab

    I am so exhausted trying to get AOL tech support to restore the classic AOL Shield to my XP! It was working for all these years with no complaints so why did you all change it!! Now you have given me some skeletal version with absolutely no features! Please Please Please restore the Classic AOL Shield. I have been a paying customer for over 30 years and my lifestyle depends on me hearing "You've Got Mail" ! I can;t hear it any more with this basic version. It is a travesty when you are paying for something and can't get what you want. I hope someone can contact me about this: cfitzg6505@aol.com
