"Old Mail" folder is now gone
"Old Mail" is now gone? It's now interspersed with and stagnate in my Inbox? The new format is terrible. And the only way to have it is to submit to the "new AOL mail" version which is just as terrible due to the forced DATE separation of each day. I hate this. Bring back the old format of mail. I hate this.

I hate he old mail folder. I don't want to go into a different folder to look for emails that I need to get back to. Like everyone else is saying about different changes MAKE THEM AN OPTION!!! We all have a different way of looking at things. These programs should not be accommodating to the developer, they should be accommodating to the end user. Its called USER FRIENDLY.

CHANGE IT BACK to the way it was! I hate everything about this. Visually unappealing. Not user friendly at all. Can't change font size or color. Why in the world would you get rid of what works? I have been with you for 40 years. Show the same loyalty to your customers that they have shown to you. Bring back the old system! -

I've been an AOL member since 1998.
AOL Mail has been a joy to use until very recently due to format change.
Please return to the traditional format. -

Amen. Why can't you just offer these changes to people who want them rather than forcing them on everyone else? What is the point of making evwerything more difficult?

I really do not like the forced date separation - it is hugely distracting - make it a choice not something that one must have
