    The new format is designed by youngsters who have never actually worked. Apparently someone thinks that the new format is pretty, but it is totally dysfunctional for anyone who wants to use it for business purposes. After about 25 years with AOL, ASAP I will be moving to a new email provider. And why do I no longer have access to emails older than two days??????

    The new format is apparently designed by children. It is unusable by anyone who does actual work. The "new Mail" list only goes back two days. I will be switching email providers.
