    EACH TIME I sign in I am asked for a code so you can verify who I am. Then, after I get the code and post the code, you then want a new AOL password. I have changed it already several times this month and am sick of it! And it happens each time I sign in and each time I switch computers. WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM?

    1. I can't read the small font and there is no size adjustment or font adjustment.
    2. I have to delete the "trash" mail one by one! The old way doesn't work. I guess I'll just let them sit there.
    3. What's with this half a page ****? I read email and then have to arrow to the right for the next page?
    4. You have to click twice to now move an email to a folder. Thanks!
    5. I cannot put a photo into an email now.
    6. WHY SHOULD I KEEP PAYING FOR THIS ****? AND WE CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IT WAS USELESS. NO HELP AT ALL. After many years of AOL they have finally managed to make me quit them unless I get my old version back. Oh and did I say - whatever version I now have is NOT the new **** they are pushing 'cause my screen tells me to try the new AOL!

  6. I want the real basic e-mail back, not some "new" and not improved version.

  7. The "Basic Mail" option is not "classic mail" and still eliminates the functionality needed by super-users. Get a grip!
