   I am absolutely baffled by the fact that you changed what was the most obvious and easiest way to display a vital command. I have an 11-year-old grandson who would be glad to fix this for you.

   Stop changing the font size for me when I write. If I want it bigger, I should be able to do it myself. Even the font size in my message windows is controlled for me. I hate everything about this new, much less user-friendly look.

   I hate the new automatic grouping system, & it's everywhere- even in my file folders! This should be optional, not mandatory. There has to be a way you can modify this to give us a choice.
