I do not think AOL will fix anything. Remember this from Laugh In skit between 1969 and 1973? "We don't care. We don't have to. We're the phone company"

You have no idea what woke means, do you? "Woke" originated in African American Vernacular English (AAVE) as a term for being actively aware of systemic injustice, particularly racial prejudice. While used by activists to signify alertness, it has evolved into a highly polarizing term. It is now frequently used as a derogatory political slur, signaling a perceived "too liberal" or performative sensitivity to social issues. The right wing nuts have coopted and weaponized it. If you don't like the content I suggest you go elsewhere. AOL doesn't care what you think. And clearly, you don't care about social justice. Sad.

Sad...you have no idea what woke means. Plus you cannot tell AOL what to do. That's not your job. You don't like the "Welcome"? Go someplace else.

Here's the thing. Humans are not approving/rejecting your comments. AI is.
NEWSFLASH: There is no freespeecr on AOL or any other website...or in a store or a restaurant or your neighbor's house. Freedom of speech is the fundamental right to express opinions and ideas—including unpopular, offensive, or hateful ones—WITHOUT GOVERNMENT censorship, restraint, or retaliation. There is no free speech in private settings. Last time I looked, AOL was not the government.

Actually, it has nothing to do with First Amendment rights. There is no free speech on AOL or any other website. No free speech in a restaurant, a store, your neighbor's house. Freedom of speech is the fundamental right to express opinions and ideas—including unpopular, offensive, or hateful ones—WITHOUT GOVERNMENT censorship, restraint, or retaliation. AOL is not a government agency last time I checked.

I agree! Besides he calls people names ALL THE TIME. But there's a reason for that. Trump's need to put others down is a reflection of his own internal struggles rather than a true evaluation of others' worth. Putting others down becomes a grim validation of his own unworthiness and low self-esteem.
