How do I add new fonts to AOL Gold? Used to be able to use Edwardian script to make fancy messages but the choices with GOLD are limited??
Need more font choices such as Edwardian script or such to make nice cards or messages. Old version allowed more fonts and/or ability to add fonts? Can we add new fonts?

why can't ADG have a "reformat" feature to reformat email received with text down the center ?
sometimes i receive email that already has the text down the center of the page, sometimes character by character. other times , i'll send out an email and the recipient receives it the way i described. i've been told so many copies have been passed, that the margins are affected. I understand any other provider has a "reformat" tool. I can't find it. so why can't adg have a "reformat" tool????

deleting mail contacts
When you scan items in your address list (under mail in mailbox) from A to Z to clear out unwanted addresses, the curser shouldn't jump back to A after one deletion. It should move to the next name in the alphabet on the list so you can continue to survey the list, otherwise you have to go through the entire alphabet to find the spot where you'd been. Very time consuming.

Reinstatement of Blocked Email
Reinstate the blocking of ALL emails when I am on vacation. You are charging for it now!!!!! Ridiculous!!!

Please add click and drag for emails. I do not want to open or down load an email that might be a phish.
Please add a feature to deal with possible phish emails. I do not want to open to forward to aol_phish nor do I want to down load the attachment so you can see what is being sent. I would like a feature like outlook has that allows the email to be attached without opening to another email.

For what we pay a month for AOL Gold, how long are we going to have to continuing deleting emails twice? Why did you change it. If I didn't want to cancel the email in the first place, I wouldn't cancel it.

Mark as Unread
When I read an e-mail and close it. I have to go into old mail and open a different e-mail and then go back and open my original e-mail to enable me to mark it as unread. Previously, I was able to close my e-mail, right click it and mark as unread. I no longer get the option on the drop down bar. It gives me an option to mark as read, which is redundant.

No sense leaving a message after seeing so many AOL customers having problems with the AOL Desktop Gold.
With the large number of problems being experienced by AOL members it seems AOL would have made sure the Gold was working properly before launching it. Many great features were left out and so many other problems. Sorry state of affairs. Been an AOL member for many years and sad to say the GOLD is not AOL standard.

recently deleted option is missing form mail>drop down menu
in old aol>one went to mail on the menu bar>got a context menu>and recently deleted mail option was available to go to that mail folder.
in aol gold the option of recently deleted mail is not available and must be reached by using read>then going to the left side window to select recently deleted mail. -
allow spelling changes within spell check.
after generating an email, one uses aol spell check and comes across a misspelled word-
if the correct word is not in the suggested list, one must close spell check and manually correct the spelling in the email.
spell check should allow for changes to be made dynamically in the box where the misspelled word shows up. -

I was not receiving any email for the day. This went on for 3 days and I had to call AOL to fix it...very frustrated and time consuming.
Every day I try to access my email and all I get is the email from the day before. I had to call 3 times so AOL could fix the problem.

So you closed the issue I have, Did that fix my issue. No it did not, maybe you should fix before you think it is resolved What a concept.
Send a issue you deem it is finished, must be corrected or right. Everything is easy on the internet, NOT I STILL HAVE THE SAME ISSUE, LIKE WORKING WITH A KID

Now what you have you gone and screwed up! Now I can't just run down the list of emails I want to delete..I have to click the email and now I have to go thru a riggamorol and click yes when the box pops up!! Ridiculous! Hey people there's no need to submit these they never resolve these issues..It's gotten so bad I don't want to even open my emails anymore!

AOL FOLDERS disorganized
My AOL file folders used to be in groups that I arranged them in...based on the number of dashes I preceded each title with. Now the entire file folders are arranged alphabetically...which I did not want and did not ask for. I want my folders back the way they were.

DELETING
Restore instant delete, Suddenly, you now have to confirm each and every delete. Total waste of time and really aggravating, especially if you have a number of items you want to delete. It's also unnecessary as if you delete something accidentally, you just go to 'recently deleted' and 'restore'.

Mail in SPAM are not bring deleted in other emails...Why?
