For what we pay a month for AOL Gold, how long are we going to have to continuing deleting emails twice?
For what we pay a month for AOL Gold, how long are we going to have to continuing deleting emails twice? Why did you change it. If I didn't want to cancel the email in the first place, I wouldn't cancel it.

I have to delete my email twice from my inbox and then twice from recently deleted. Why are you making things so much harder. With what we pay per month, You should make it easier for elderly people.

It's ridiculous! AOL Gold simply sucks ***! Delete an email... nope you have to do it again and then again in the trash! That's *********! Glad you people have this much time to waste!!! Did your designer dorks find it too simple to scroll down an delete useless mails??? I have to do every **** one of them at a time? And then you take away the delete all in the trash??? Again, *********!
One step closer to dumping AOL! WHY am I paying for this aggravation???

On the Admin on information requested above, your asking if you have to delete from the inbox twice, yes; first you have to push the delete button then another screen pops up and asks if you are sure you want to delete it? yes or no. It didn't have this feature before. I had l50 junk e-mails that I had to delete and I had to hit the delete button 300 times just to delete those l50 junk e-mails.Time consuming.

When viewing mail from Inbox or New I have to select Yes or No.. then in Permanent Delete the mail is then placed., In order to permanent delete I again have to click delete - Yes or No... Why to I have to verify I want to delete the mail twice??? It repetitive and ridiculous..

If you are having to delete twice because of a message stating are you sure you want to delete this email ? That is because you have it set that way to ask you first, You have to go to your settings and then to mail setting and just set it to not ask you , it will be self explaining when you get to the mail settings , mine are at the top of my laptop screen under settings. its and easy fix.

when we delete a email, a box pops up saying are you sure you want to delete this message. if i wasnt sure i wouldnt delete in first place. used to be able to down our mail box and just hit delete and then move to next one. this way it is now is a pain in the rear in and too time consuming.

Deleted (read) emails keep returning to new or old email folders and have to be deleted yet again to get to the deleted folder. Then they need to be deleted yet again to get rid of them.

i AM NOT THE PERSON WHO WROTE THIS COMPLAINT BUT i HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. IF I DELETE MAILS AFTER READING THEM WHEN I NO LONGER NEED THEM, MANY TIMES THEY COME BACK INTO MY INBOX OR MY OLD MAILBOX. SOMETIMES I HAVE TO DELETE THINGS 3 TIMES FOR THEM TO BE DELETED.

You don't have to delete twice if you go to mail settings and remove the checked box that says confirm before deleting.

Totally agree. We never had to delete (ask to delete) in mail and recently deleted. Takes forever.

I want to know why do we have so many parts in email box?
If I read an email and don't save it then why does it stay in that box forever?
I have emails I read 7 years ago and they are still there!
What's the purpose of "Old" if read emails are staying in the part called "Inbox"
It does not make any sense!
Not much makes sense there!
I wonder WHY aol does NOT want to make us happy? They are doing everything to aggravate us -
