Yes, this is crazy how we have a two step process to delete EVERY EMAIL!!! AOL change this or I will continue to unsubscribe all of my current emails and send them to google!!! Where you can mass delete to trash and spam!!! I have been a loyal AOL customer for years but I am sick of this process...I not spending my precious time deleting emails on AOL!!! life gets busy and if you miss daily deleting of emails it's just awful!!! Also, this is the second time I have contacted AOL about this matter.

we used to be able to delete emails at one time now we have to do them one at a time whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy please fix

AOL GOld is ******. I get so many spam e-mails and now have to go in ant type the address in order to block them. Why cant aol just have a feature that allows us to click on the spam e-mail and then choose to block it? Also why cant we just delete once and then review the deleted and have a choice as to delete all. This deleting twice and having to to say yes I want to delete after hitting delete takes for ever.
