  1. Fix the problem as soon as it is reported, don't ignore it.

    "Report a Bug" ignored my report about the problem with the email text upon sending; it is not readable after being sent. Two weeks have passed, and they haven't fixed the problem. They also haven't fixed the bug for phone calls, because they only accept texts on a cell phone to send the verification code. What kind of service are they offering us when they don't fix the problems in their application? Is it worth continuing to pay AOL when the customer is left dissatisfied?

  4. need help signing in and having multiple accounts on my sign in

    I am unable to add multiple accounts on my aol desktop gold. It will not save my usernames and I have to sign in each time with my password and it also asks for 2 step verification. I have talked to tech support and they remotely used my computer to fix the problem, but was unable to repair. this. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    when i sign in with my aol account through Aol desktop gold and go to the browser of aol desktop gold is not showing my activity, on the site password.aol.com on the recent activity page and i'm also connected with my phone and that activity on the phone is showing the problem is when i use aol desktop gold on the pc.

  6. account email notices differ. Same account, different computers

    I use Gold on two computers. I have a number of email addresses. In one computer when I click to change accounts the number of emails unread shows in a window. On the other computer it does not. How can you resolve this difference?

  7. AOL scamming senior citizens

    How dare AOL try to scam me to pay $100 to remove virus software from computers in my household !!! After trying to download AOL Gold I received an error message to contact customer support which I did . After talking to several people , one Tech told me my new laptop had a virus and it will travel to all the computers in the household and he can clean them all for $ 99.99 . I am a Senior citizen and I believe AOL was trying to take advantage of me, by trying to make me believe this BS…

  9. Software stops working

    Not sure exactly what the reason is but I have to re-install AOL Gold often, the premium security turns off and the settings menu will not open. I do not know the cause of this and it seems to just randomly happen, some weeks there is no issue. Other weeks it is 2 to 4 times a day, all of the settings will not open.

    on the automated system tried a lot of times telling the exact email address and it kept telling me they cant find my email address

  11. Sloppy Service

    I'm certain this will be ignored, but lately AOL has become one major pain in the butt, First there is the delay is getting on after log one. Then, and the worst, is having to wait 30 seconds (& that is not a guess-that was timed.) Then, if lucky or patient enough for get on AOL, there is that "OOPS" page that comes from out of the blue. I've done 30 yrs with AOL , but that will come to an end. NOW, ISN'T THAT A GREAT IDEA!!!!!

  12. HOW TO STORE MY PASSWORD

    For 31 yrs of my AOL service I've been able to Store Passwords by typing that phrase into a box using Control K, then following the very simple process offered by AOL.

    Today I get no process for storing my password. Worse yet, I can't find any free "HELP" function available to me -- even though I pay $40/mo to AOL. That really sucks, unless someone reading this cares to help me store my password.

  14. Fix problems

    I wish the problems AOL has would be repaired , i cant get into my mail settings to change anything concerning my mail also when i am on AOL as soon as new emails come in it shows the number of emails i have waiting however i am not able to view the emails , i have to log out then log back in before the emails will be able to be viewed. I am paying alot for service that recently has gone down hill , maybe i should check and see if the free edition of AOL is available…

  15. FEE FOR AOL IS TOO HIGH!!

    I have been paying 31.99 for AOL for YEARS and the service has only gotten worse every year. It freezes up daily and for months I couldn't open my mail. I want this amount drastically reduced especially since I could be getting service for FREE!!!!! PLEASE reply to this email and give me a better deal so I won't have to quit using AOL!!!!

  20. error ET-5005 Requested message or attachment has an incorect ID

    When I first sign onto AOL I get error ET-5005. "the requested message or attachment has an incorrect ID. " I get the same error when I access settings. It causes no further complications though, I can proceed as normal. I even uninstalled my AOL destop software and downloaded new software but the same message pops up.
    This is a new AOL account, I have been a beta tester on my old account for 10 years and a previous one since 1998. I did save my address book, favorites and settings from my old screen name and applied them to…
