Every since windows update I no longer can excess my benefits and half my favorites. I would like to know why this is effecting my account and is there a soluation ?

Last Tues I stopped being able to save a mail to ":waiting to be sent" I have called AOL FOUR times. On the 3rd try my entire Email got messed Today I called and the rep restored my e-mail ~ EXCEPT ~ I still can't save e mail to waiting to be sent. When I try the the e-mail dissapears entirely. Im getting tired of calling AOL and having to jump thru all kinds of hoops just to have the agent TRY to solve problem(s) HELP!!!!!!!!!
