Software stops working
Not sure exactly what the reason is but I have to re-install AOL Gold often, the premium security turns off and the settings menu will not open. I do not know the cause of this and it seems to just randomly happen, some weeks there is no issue. Other weeks it is 2 to 4 times a day, all of the settings will not open.

This is quite possibly the worst software ever. Takes forever to start, it constantly freezes up, anything I want to do takes me forever. What's worse is I pay you to treat me this poorly. Do you do this on purpose? I'm so done with it never working correctly. It just took me a half an hour to send an email with attachments. What the ****?
