When inserting a link into email from the "heart" The link should be the desired font size chosen originally for email. Now it just inserts it at the smallest font available. If you write next to the link now your text looks out of order of sorts.t

While writing an email, in the pull-down - click "Compose as plain text"... works as it did in older version

BUT, next, click "Compose as HTML" - and all line feeds, blank lines, and multiple spaces disappear. You are left with a single long line of words.

when I copy text that has an added hyperlink, the 'hidden' URL is no longer copied with the text. The text does appear with the color of a possible URL, but none is present.

The 'dropdown' (right mouse click) shows that I CAN ADD a hyperlink but no EDIT or ADD the HYPERLINK' thus none was copied

two months ago, I received an email with one attachment: A ZIP file.
I had downloaded that one ZIP file. When the ZIP file was processed, I had 14 files with their original date, years old..

Today, I looked at that older email (in an AOL folder) and there were 14 separate files, instead of the original ZIP file,

When ALL were downloaded they received all NEW, Current DATES!!

I Lost all their original Created Dates!

often when clicking URL in an email I get a black screen in the browser. Reload doesn't help, but canceling the page, reclicking the URL will work. Sometimes having to cancel & reclick more than once.

No pattern as to when, just often enough to annoy.

I will Report as Bug the next time it happens.

I don't want my keystrokes to be seen by anyone. When Gold is opened, the Data Mask feature should be shown before login and password. Please fix this in Gold.

You could help me by getting the font and text settings to work. I'm round the bend here . . I have followed all your instructions. I don't think your tech help people know how to get this to work. The "Type" column, when sorted sorts by date, not the type (image, attachment, or just text)

Remove the highlighting from the email address line, it used to be just regular text with a comma separating additional email addresses, it is not user friendly now. I've had trouble changing addresses such as adding or removing.

When attaching a file, not only has the path been unset, but files are listed in alphabetic order rather than by date, which is in date order - which is how the older AOL worked and how Windows explorer show them.

Sorry if these have been mentioned already, but I wish tabs actually opened in background when that is checked, and i wish that email replys didnt add "re" over and over when replying to emails going back and forth. I just sent one with 5 "re"s in the subject heading.

The little heart at the top right of the browser , should be able to let user post to face book and other social media, like the browser did in desktop 9.8.2.

the sign in screen is different the last two days!

Emails saved in "On AOL" folders can be sorted, BUT certain combinations of letters are never found!
I.E. I have user with 'cz' in the ID.. Not found.

    I look for 'unknown' ... not found  

Yellow highliter on email does not work.

make the tab window of the browser that you have open stay open. now if u have multiple browser tabs open and one is in the process of loading info, it keeps popping to the top, bumping you our of the window you are currently working in, not allowing you to continue working in another tab.
