    Im see now that a pop up ad that takes up the top half of my welcome screen and has no feature to delete or remove is sourced from OATH. Pretty sorry set up AOL has when you put an ad on the screen that can not be removed.   2. STILL NOT COPY THE EMAIL ADDRESS

    Like I said before, only copy one email address, not the whole list, I don't like to do reply or forward, I like to send new emails. Why is so difficult to make it like before? I'm not new on AOL. Please work on this issue.

    Like I've said before, your help line is not open 24/7. You keep telling me that, but when I call they are always closed.Besides they won't be able to help.The problems are AOLs not ours and you'll just blame us for something we;re not doing right. The problem is YOUR software.

    I forgot to mention, every post I put on the first page gets deleted, regardless of what I say. It happens all the time. Your mods have to stop that for me and everyone else.

    First of all, your 24/7 help line isn't 24/7, I've tried. Second, the "guests" ***** up the comment section and they don't pay. Third, you post stories from other sites we have to register with to comment, and that's wrong. Fourth, most of the time Guest shows up instead of my nickname.Fifth, the moderators delete posts based on opinion, not whether they are racist or violent, or any other thing that might be against you TOS, but you won't tell us what your TOS is.I know you folks read this, why can't you fix it?

  6. Why in the **** do I keep getting all this SPAM in my INBOX everyday since AUG.2018??

    Can't you people correct this spam going into my INBOX everyday since Aug.2018
    How many times do I have to report it.....Quitting AOL is the only solution I guess

  9. Why are seeing expanding ads on the Welcome Screen again?

    You ******* desperate bottom feeding pond ***** have been told and told too many times that we don't want nor need any expanding ads on the Welcome Screen nor do we need to see any Turbo Tax Ads either as we already annoyed by them daily on TV! These expanding ads pop up again when we open other screens.
    There is already too many ads on your ****** website. Maybe since you incompetent desperate bottom feeders are so desperate to make a buck maybe you should get rid of everything and just make your ****** site a 100% advertising site.…

  12. Chat Room Problems

    It is now day 7 and my screen name is stuck in two chat rooms, I was told to submit a "Bug Error" I did that 4 times and still no response to fixing my problem, why can't you remove or clear screen name out of chat rooms? Where is Tech support for this issue? Bug report does nothing to help

    I can't delete a secondary screen name so I have to totally delete my master account? Why? Because I have a premium account that I PAY FOR? REALLY? Yes, really. So, I guess I'm going to GMail.

  15. I was right. AOL. You didn't respond to my comment about small businesses needing to send out bulk emails.

    You posted it as a duplicate and closed comments. Maybe there wouldn't be so many duplicates if you responded to your customers' requests.

  16. AOL -- a lot of us operate small businesses and rely on sending out bulk (NOT spam) emails. Bring back the White List!

    You are preventing us from doing business efficiently. I know there have been many other posts about this. Are you listening? However, I know your reaction will be to merge this with other comments, mark it as closed, and not respond.

    Please do not stop supporting "My Portfolios". I have used this site for years and the latest version is quite user friendly. The Yahoo site is awkward and incomplete. with the advent of your monthly fee, I expect service to improve, not be cut. If you cut off "MY Portfolios" ,I will be forced to choose another internet provider
