Start again. Your service has gone downhill at an unbelieveable pace. I can't wait to abandon AOL. Virtually nothing works. Tried to delete a few screen names, and after 45 minutes simply gave up/ Improve my experience with AOL...............at this point I don't know where to begin.

Why is every picture I save now going to my Download folder I don't want it there
Every picture I now save goes to my download folder I do not want it to go there and why now is it being downloaded when all you used to do was right click it and save where you wanted it to go. This is lousy. If this keeps up I don't want AOL anymore.

Having a problem when accessing portfolio.
Having a problem when accessing portfolio. When trying to access my own portfolio I am routed to other person's portfolio. I would have to reenter my portfolio numerous time before getting to my own portfolio. I already called tech support, no known issue found. Please refer to case - 05648744. This is urgent. Thanks!

Issue
When I go to a site jewishworldreview.com and click on an article to read it returns to my desktop. It happens only on this site. If I enter the site on Google,this does not happen. This does not happen on other AOL users.
When and if you fix this issue, will you notify me? I am told by your level 1 techs it will take 24-48 hours to notify me. -
Accessibility is TERRIBLE! I needed 7 - seven!- logins, 2 computer re-starts to read my email!!!
AOL GOLD needs accessibility and proper function for a valid browser. It has NOT reached that stage.

NOTHING WORKS!
My default fonts don't hold; everything is SLOW; my mail "marked as unread" doesn't remain in new mail; links take forever to open and sometimes it takes two or three attempts. Nothing about GOLD is better than the old AOL and none of your suggested fixes work. And the techs don't have a clue and I am certainly not going to allow some stranger on the other side of the world have access to my computer. I've been a faithful AOL user since the '80's but I'm convinced AOL doesn't really care about customers. Look at all the complaints listed…

When it is going to end?
Oh, here we go. I log on only to find that the welcome screen does not come up but gives a very strange message with some weird thing I have never seen before. You have to click on the message box to get it to come through.
The email is all screwed up. Nothing is where it is supposed to be.
Then while trying to read an article the entire screen goes blank.
When is this nonsense going to end? Can it get any worse? Shame on you! I will be done with you soon.

Figure out a way to move old mail folders on my Dell laptop, circa 2014,2015,2016 to my new HP laptop with windows 10. There should be a way
Have your engineers figure out a way to move my old AOL mail folders on my Dell laptoP circa 2014, 2015, 2016 to my new HP laptop with windows 10. I was told this is no longer possible but that is an unsatisfactory answer. When AOL upgrades it should permit older info to be included, otherwise the programmers are not doing a good job.

Aol Should remove restrictions on aol Safe Central
Please allow people access to Aol Safe Central when they may have uninstalled it. I down loaded it but i never used the program. I dont even know how the program works.
