My default fonts don't hold; everything is SLOW; my mail "marked as unread" doesn't remain in new mail; links take forever to open and sometimes it takes two or three attempts. Nothing about GOLD is better than the old AOL and none of your suggested fixes work. And the techs don't have a clue and I am certainly not going to allow some stranger on the other side of the world have access to my computer. I've been a faithful AOL user since the '80's but I'm convinced AOL doesn't really care about customers. Look at all the complaints listed here. I'm not waiting much longer. If it's not cleaned up and fixed, I'm moving on to another provider.
