AOL GOLD IS THE WORST PROGRAM IN THE INDUSTRY, AND THEY DON'T GIVE A ****
SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE EVEN MAKES FUN OF AOL ON A REGULAR BASIS BECAUSE OF THEIR INABILITY TO CORRECT THEIR PROBLEMS AND IDIOTIC APPROACH TO BUSINESS. AMAZING AOL IS STILL AROUND.
PS: In "Mail", "Spam Settings" the sender Spam email addresses I add are NOT saved, even though it says "Changes have been saved" YOU REALLY NEED TO FIX THIS as it is AN important Spam control feature. I asked about correcting this previously with no response. Please respond.

I am still waiting it's been 2 days now If not fixed by tomorrow i will cancel
and go with someone else. You are going to need to realize your are not the only company and I am paying for a service that I am not getting I have been with AOL for over 25 years -

chat rooms still wont load....your techs lied and said this is how it is supposed to be...why wont you fix a service that people pay for? Fix the chat rooms or you lose my business

This week AOL changed the number of Email address Limit to 50, with no Warning!

whenever I open email it does NOT fill the window so I have to keep scrolling to the right to read each line, then scroll back again to left
Whenever I open email it does NOT fill the window so I have to keep scrolling over to the right to read each line then back to left again for next line. EXTREMELY annoying and time consuming!!! Never happened in 9.7. When I download an attachement, if I go back to same email to read attachment again, in 9.7 box came up saying "already downloaded" with options to "open file", "find file" at top. Now it downloads the attachment a second time!!! There is no way to reopen the already downloaded file. PLEASE FIX!!! This has been going on for…

Stop pop-up ads
There is a pop-up ad I find offensive. After 45-minutes online (and then on the phone), I was told that AOL cannot stop this ad from popping up. In today's highly e-technical world, I find it impossible to believe AOL cannot block this ad.

I despise what you have done to my AOL.. been a PAYING customer for over 20 years.. with much flak from my Tech guy.. WHY oh WHY?
Bring back a functional AOL.. It now takes me hours to get through my mail. I stayed with and paid for AOL BECAUSE it was faster than any other system.. PLEASE bring back old system!

Everytime I write mail and go to send it and I go to my address book to add the name in to send it, It adds the name into the BBC and when i send it no one gets it. This needs to be fixed.

grouping of email addresses
Last year I lost all of my emails grouped into categories. I had to reenter over 1000 email addresses into new groups. Now I have been losing some email addresses listed under "all contacts" and some that were listed under "groups". What is happening??? Extremely time consuming, especially if you have a business list.
