Cannot understand why you change things to make what you THINK is better while taking away things people like. When I click on Window > tile it stacks the windows ( not cascade , but tile ) it doesn't put them side by side anymore it stacks and overlaps. Not good.

Put Favorites on Start Screen
It was on the Start Up screen once but disappeared. It is always jumping up with a Black Screen. which is annoying. Please let me go back to Aoll 9.8. I am 79 years olf and have used AOL for many, many years. Why did you have to mess it up.

Bring back mail download decompress option.
Bring back the Mail Download option of decompress YES/NO. By automatically decompressing your loose the file name of the original compressed file. This prohibits business tracking of the original transmitted file in its zipped/compressed file name and format.

PLEASE add an icon for adding pictures to the AOL signature page! I found an alternate way to do it
PLEASE add an icon to the signature page so that I can add my logo to my signature at end of every email. A technician showed me an alternate way of doing it through MS Paint, but even he agreed that is tedious and there should be an icon.

Fix installer so that local user profiles without admin privileges can still install and work properly. Could not send email. App crashed.
Had to give local user profile admin privileges to get the installer to work properly. Program would install without any errors but app would crash when I tried to send email. Granting admin privileges to the user fixed the problem but would appreciate not having to do that. Thank you.

I am struggling with your new AOL Gold as items I used a lot, like being able to have the address book in my carousel tray to link quickly.
I have been a loyal AOL member for over 20 years, much to the chagrin of many others telling me to get with it. I am struggling with your new AOL Gold as items I used a lot, like being able to have the address book at top of page to use link quickly as I use it a LOT in my work (real estate). clearing history wont work
the tab in EDIT-SELECT FOOTPRINTS TO CLEAR-DOWNLOAD HISTORY-- does not highlight so now i cant clear the sites i have visited.
Example: craigslist cities highlight each time i go to one, that's how i know what one i was in, and the same for each topic, antiques, collectibles etc and then each item i view,,
now i cant clear the highlighted name as i could in 9.8.. so keeping track of all the places is impossable,,, i have to go to internet explorer to do it each time,,
Bring back this feature, in the edit, button.

picture selection checkmarks are gone
i wanted to select several pictures to imbed in a email, the 9.8 let me open the drive, scroll down and check the ones i wanted up to 12 pics,then wham, into the mail they went, took only moments,, now i have to scroll down select one, imbed it and start all over, took 5 minutes to send the set, why did you change something that worked so well,, change this back and fire the idiots that need to reinvent this whole thing

Mailbox adress list list shouldn't revert to top of list after one deletion
When you scan items in your address list (under mail in mailbox) from A to Z to clear out unwanted addresses, the curser shouldn't jump back to A after one deletion. It should move to the next name in the alphabet on the list so you can continue to survey the list, otherwise you have to go through the entire alphabet to find the spot where you'd been. Very time consuming.

Kick parkers out of the chat room if they aren't active
Right now some rooms are over 100 chatters in a community chat. Many of the chatters are parkers that do not even participate. Why not put a timer on each screen name. If someone hasn't posted for an hour, their screen name should auto expire in the chat room. As long as they post at least once an hour, the countdown starts over every time they post.

Image preview option
When I attach a picture to an email, it becomes embedded in the email and can be seen as an attachment and a picture in the email. I never had this problem before with the old AOL Desktop, and I found out that there's no option to not have the image preview disabled. My clients are seeing this as annoying and I would like an immediate fix.

I'd like to see an easier way to pull up the history if my tabs don't refresh.
Write into the code a way to lock the history in place on the side of the window.
