Mailbox adress list list shouldn't revert to top of list after one deletion
When you scan items in your address list (under mail in mailbox) from A to Z to clear out unwanted addresses, the curser shouldn't jump back to A after one deletion. It should move to the next name in the alphabet on the list so you can continue to survey the list, otherwise you have to go through the entire alphabet to find the spot where you'd been. Very time consuming.

When reading e-mails i'm usually down quite a few from the top. When I delete the mail after reading it, the scroll bar goes back to the top at the first e-mail location. What a pain to scroll down to find where the next e-mail is I want to read. Why is it now moving to the top? Stop with these oath dialog boxes. It started when they appeared.

After reading, closing and then deleting an email, the cursor SNAPS to the very top of the list. Since I reverse the order of the dates I snap up and have to scroll all the way back and attempt to locate where I was. Big pain in the rear and a waste of my very valuable time.

It is customary to go through mail box contacts to update. This is made a time consuming task when each time AOL forces you to start from the beginning of the alphabet after each selection. Instead, have the setting after a change is made return to the alphabetical place you were when the request was made so you can continue updating your mailbox alphabetically.

This is not an idea but a time consummating problem. EVERY time I delete a no longer needed contact, the AOL GOLD takes me back to the top of the contact list. If I have one or more yet to delete every time I delete one it takes me back to the top of the contact list AGAIN ....every time. It needs to be fixed without returning to the top of the contact list every time!!! Engineers...FIX IT like other suggestions or revert back to the original AOL which worked very well to begin with.

When deleting address no matter what alphabet letter you are deleting from. It always go back to the top or the Letter A.

after Gold jumbled my address book, I'm having to edit all of my contacts. After saving the edit, the phone book screen reverts back to the top of the alphabet...I save the name Thomas and the screen goes back up the the A's. Why? Why can't the edit be saved and stay on the name that was just edited...like 9.8.2. Yet another stupid Gold function making Gold less user friendly.

Make the address book stay on alphabetical letter I last deleted.
