  1. it takes a longer than usual time for emails with an attachment to be sent

    Graphics pasted into the write mail are no longer are visible when the email is sent. All you get are empty boxes. This is not good.

  2. When I save an incoming mail to my PC it's not saved in the right folder

    When I save an incoming mail to my PC it's not saved in the right folder.

    It is not in the Incoming Mail folder. It's in the Heading folder titled "Saved on My PC and it is the only saved incoming mil in there, The older ones saved on my PC are in the Incoming Mail Received folder.

    Why do things break almost daily that were not broken before??

  5. Mail Not Getting to Recipient!

    Some of my SENT e-mails are NOT reaching the recipients! It's not consistent but these are key sequential submissions. I have taken to sending e-mails to two different e-mail addresses to insure delivery and neither one reaches the person I sent it to!

  6. I am getting disgusted with AOL gold. You are going to lose a lot of customers if you don't get it fixed especially now that we are paying.

    My sent mail is not up to Date...it is from 2009 and 2010! I cannot retrieve the mail I sent in the past few days or even this year! AOL needs to get some IT people who know what they are doing. I am getting disgusted with all the problems...sometimes portfoliio....sometimes mail, etc. You will be losing customers if you don't get it fixed especially now that we are paying! Please get my "sent e-mail" up working up to date as I need to find something there.

  8. Sending emails is often very slow.

    Emails won't send. Instead get a message something like "We seem to be having a problem sending your email. Please try again later." Then you're stuck because you can't close it without losing it, and it won't save to Drafts either. If it finally does, duplicates or triplicates may occur when repeatedly trying to save it in Drafts.

  12. If I click "refresh," the existing page goes into the background, and stays as an active page. Make it go away please.

    The old desktop actually refreshed to current. Instead, the refreshed page now stays in the background and has to continually be dealt with. It slows the flow of navigating smoothly. Hope you can fix!

  13. Copies of Sent Mail do not include in-message Pictures

    I automatically save copies of my sent mail. AOL Gold, unlike AOL 9.8, does not show pictures included in the email body of the saved copy. I have to add the pictures back in if I want to send a copy of that email to another individual. This did not have to be done with AOL 9.8.

  15. New site SUCKS. Copy/Paste takes a lot of effort to get to work. Sign-on can't decide how many screens I need to deal with.

  16. Unable to sign on to AOL!

    For the first 5 or 6 tries I kept getting a white page with nonsense on it after entering my password and trying to sign on. Something new and bad is happening daily! No improvements that I can see which are listed on your Beta Fixes. Just more and more goes wrong with every passing day. This is way too stressful and to add insult to injury we are paying for all of this nonsense. We need to have the old AOL back!

  17. browser can not open many URL's

    browser can not open many URL's. Why are you telling me to clear my footprints and then you close the comment?? You tell me to clear the footprints with most things I complain about. I ALWAYS clear my browser right away with any problem I encounter. I also at times sign off AOL and even restart the computer. But any problem I have still exists after all of that. Please....STOP TELLING ME TO CLEAR MY BROWSER and address the real problem!
