  1. My email signature is screwed up!!!!!

    Fix my email ASAP. I am a business and I need to send out a very important email to a client and each time I try a mail signature from some Talbot company in Ft. Lauderdale, FL keeps coming up. I live in Surprise AZ. I checked my email signature and it is not my signature. What is going on?????

  2. Can't send as many photos

    Used to be able to send 6 or more. Now it does good to send 2 and then usually only as attachments instead of copy & paste like I used to - to incorporate descriptions with the photos. It will stall and say letter can't be sent, try again in 5 min. If you try to send it like 3 x it will eventually tell you its too large a file.

  3. Why did AOL Gold change my settings on my laptop?

    When I download AOL Gold it changed my file type associations for .htm and .html to AOL Gold. I never authorized this. What other covert changes did you also do to my computer? I absolutely do not trust AOL at all. If AOL was trustworthy, they would have a delivered a quality product first time.

  5. Fix the program. Every single day it gets worse. I've had Gold since 10-2-17, why is this taking so long?

    I've been more than patient. It's been four months since I was FORCED to get this substandard program. Why can't you fix it? My email disappeared...AGAIN.

  7. AOL Gold software has major problems that any email with attached file makes problems in Saved my PC folder.

    1. No solution for New PC - Couldn't copy the Saved my PC folder.
    2. Previous software, AOL 9.8.2 has no problems at all, but AOL GOLD software have so many problems. Is there anyway we could use previous AOL 9.8.2 software ...

  8. I keep getting a "command box" with "NOT SANDBOXED"

    I keep getting a black "command box" and on it says "NOT SANDBOXED". What is this? Makes me feel like my PC is being hacked or something. Terrible system, this Gold. You were not ready for this conversion. Stop this black box situation. I no longer feel safe using AOL Gold.

  9. I'm scanning my emails have my cursor on an email and then I hear a "click" and then my cursor isn't on ANYTHING,

    I've deleted emails and then they appear again. I'm reading the subjects and the screen blinks. I'm paying for this and it stinks!
    Screen constantly flashing I'm in the middle of something and I have to start over because it flashes - What is all the CLICKING about!

  12. Mail Default Settings

    I read my mail from top to bottom then arrive at the delete option and after deleting I've elected the option to open the next mail item. Now when the next item opens, its at the bottom of the new mail. Doesn't it make sense for the default to be open at the top/beginning of the mail. Why did AOL change the cursor placement to default to the last position? Opening a mail item in the middle or bottom of the message is just nonsensical. Please make it so opening an email opens at the beginning of the email OR…

  13. Fix the AOL Gold program so that it loads out faster. The new Desktop is touted as being faster, but it takes forever to load out.

    Doing the steps listed in a previous post about the new AOL Gold being slower is not the answer. The old AOL Desktop never had issues loading out and one didn't have to do the steps listed below. It's the normal 'canned' response of developers to put the problem(s) back on the user(s).

    The problem is more than likely within the programming of the new software. I feel paying for something that is slower than the previous version is unacceptable.

    Please try the following steps:

    1. In the top left corner of the AOL Desktop window, click “Edit” then choose “Select Footprints to Clear” from the drop-down menu.

    2. Select “Clear Footprints” from the Browser Settings. No need to wait for a confirmation message, the Footprints will be cleared immediately.

    I see a problem in the AOL Gold I am running and the AOL.com on the browser. When I click on the attach file and attach a picture to my mail it not only send as an attachment but it also comes up in the mail portion of the e-mail where I have written some to the person I am e-mailing.. This has never happen before when I e-mail someone an attachment it should go as an attachment and not show up in the mail portion of my e-mail. Would you please get back to me and let me know…
