    I have removed AOL 9.7 since I now have AOL Gold. Can I delete "AOL Connectivity Service" and "Uninstall Emergency Connect Utility"?

    I went to check my email and briefly looked to see what was there and I noticed some important bills and notices from dr's offices. I read one email and when I went to click on the next one It would not change. I closed the email to find that every single email from January was absolutely gone! WHERE IS MY EMAIL AND WHY DOES THIS HAPPEN? It happened just once before and took about 3 days to get the mail back!!!!! Help me now!!!!!

  5. Add user to Gold account

    As a long time AOL user, I've had a main user name, and six additional user names. At this time, I am also a AOL Premium subscriber at around $28 per month. I wish to delete one of my seven user names, and transfer my mother's AOL user name to my Gold Account so she can log on using the GOLD software. Please advise how I can do this?

  8. Backspace utton on Gold does not work. I tried the suggested fix from product support and it still does not work. bring back 9.8.2

  10. I cannot drag one of the four corners of the window. It doesn't move. Therefor I canno

    When opening the mailbox the page is to large. It takes up the whole screen and you cant read it without moving the sidebar up & down and from left to right.

    It's so big that you can't read the context of the email without using the inner sidebar at the bottom of the email.

    Changing the screen resolution does not help.

    Please get rid of AOL Desktop Gold. It is horrible for Email. I have nothing but daily problems now with my email. I have been a paying customer of AOL for 25 years now. I have never had email problems until you started AOL GOLD. Now, its almost a daily issue.   18. Cannot Import Entire PFC + Subfolders

    Imported PCF from Aol 9.8.2e. Took 3 hours. Only data from 2006-2015. What happened to 2016-2018? No folders and subfolders - just a stupid listing that I cannot make subfolders for. Why can't AOL gold have subfolders? Otherwise, I can use that stupid aol.com and have pages and pages of folders for PFC.
