  1. I don't understand why you disabled one of my user accounts and now I can not add any I pay a lot of money for my AOL account and services

    AOL Gold is horrible and so is AOL customer service and its lack of service ever since Gold came into effect

  3. On 4/11 your beta fix says: HOT New! - access to offline mail while unauthenticated

    I still can not access my mail unless I am signed on. Also, none of the many Beta Fixes you've made have helped any of my problems.

  4. You keep messing up the email process. I just wrote a fairly length email with a picture added and when I clicked on send, it hung up, neve

    Fix the email problems. I sent a email with picture included and when I clicked send, it hung and went no where. Didn't find it in my waiting to be sent, or any mail at all that I had just sent (tried to send).

  5. I keep getting notices that my anti-virus has expired but CANNOT open anything showing my free benefits to fix the problem

    Tell me how to get my FREE anti-virus. Keep getting notices my computer is not protected but when I click on them it takes me to where I can BUY McAfee. Cannot get my benefits page to open. Can't get ANYTHING to open to help me

  9. Accessibility is TERRIBLE! I needed 7 - seven!- logins, 2 computer re-starts to read my email!!!

    AOL GOLD needs accessibility and proper function for a valid browser. It has NOT reached that stage.

  12. NOTHING WORKS!

    My default fonts don't hold; everything is SLOW; my mail "marked as unread" doesn't remain in new mail; links take forever to open and sometimes it takes two or three attempts. Nothing about GOLD is better than the old AOL and none of your suggested fixes work. And the techs don't have a clue and I am certainly not going to allow some stranger on the other side of the world have access to my computer. I've been a faithful AOL user since the '80's but I'm convinced AOL doesn't really care about customers. Look at all the complaints listed…

  13. When it is going to end?

    Oh, here we go. I log on only to find that the welcome screen does not come up but gives a very strange message with some weird thing I have never seen before. You have to click on the message box to get it to come through.

    The email is all screwed up. Nothing is where it is supposed to be.

    Then while trying to read an article the entire screen goes blank.

    When is this nonsense going to end? Can it get any worse? Shame on you! I will be done with you soon.

  15. Figure out a way to move old mail folders on my Dell laptop, circa 2014,2015,2016 to my new HP laptop with windows 10. There should be a way

    Have your engineers figure out a way to move my old AOL mail folders on my Dell laptoP circa 2014, 2015, 2016 to my new HP laptop with windows 10. I was told this is no longer possible but that is an unsatisfactory answer. When AOL upgrades it should permit older info to be included, otherwise the programmers are not doing a good job.

  17. Aol Should remove restrictions on aol Safe Central

    Please allow people access to Aol Safe Central when they may have uninstalled it. I down loaded it but i never used the program. I dont even know how the program works.
