Unfortunately, what you’re looking for is no longer offered in the current version of AOL Mail. If you’ve received a notification that a limit of the number of sent emails was reached or you’ve sent to too many contacts, you’ll need to wait before you can send more emails.

These are the same and various e-mail addresses (NOT LISTED PER PRIVACY) as a part of our organization ... that as of October 2018, AOL has prevented paying customers from sending them out ... in a timely fashion!
Wasting users time, money, (threatening) health, aggravating people that paid to use the AOL system .. for many years ... disrupting customers from meeting goals, deadlines, time lines and having trouble with members NOT receiving such information!!!!!
Your SPAM policy is outdated .. it doesn't make sense ... you need to correct and allow paying customers to use the BCC or Bulk mail process without penalizing them!!!!!
At first, it will reject the bulk / BBC mail by mentioning ERRORS ... then when allowed, send Failure Notice to the Spam folder ... utterly ridiculous and costly .. to all paying customers!!
AOL told me to sub-divide large e-mail lists ( 100+) down to 20-25 ... taking an extraordinary amount of time to do and send out ... only to have these problems!!!!
This AOL even sends - when allowed - two or three the same e-mails .. for NO reason ... that includes double return e-mails that are no longer in use .. or have been changed ...
Other users can either block or ask to be removed from unwanted e-mails ... organizations have regular members and volunteers that haven't received their group 'news' without tampering with the technical process ...

AOL - here we go again -- I'm trying to send out my organizational E-mails via BCC (bulk) .. divide them many times ... so it ADDS much more work for my efforts ... takes me longer period of time ... makes the mail LATE from all the work that's done for these newsletters ... makes me CHANGE password several times .. now, need to communicate with a student member - directly - and it's telling me of 'suspicious activity' .. I have been a member of AOL since 2004, but it's harder to stay with you .... your ISP system MUST be IMPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - # 10547645

stop arranging the phone #s the way aol wants them...let us choose. when I edit or delete a contact then click Save, just save it and stay right there in the address book. why does aol automatically go up to the top of the addresses? that triples my effort to cleanse my book. And the group settings are not flexible at all. If I have 100 customers, why can't I email all of them with a business update? bushleague contact lists!

I am right in the middle of sending out several hundred e-mails for my non-profit organization to notice them of the 9/11 Observance - and what does your software do - ERRORS, SUSPICIONS my mail - forces me to start a new Password - many times it does this - and now I find my last couple of BCC mails in the SPAM tab - NEVER went out - now come on - this is ridiculous!!!!!!! I have been a loyal customer for 2004 and have paid for all the options - I want my money's worth - STOP preventing me from doing my job - this is costing me time and making me SICK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been prevented from sending BCC (bulk type) e-mails to our large organizational friends, members and volunteers - since Oct 2018.I was tech told that I had to REDUCE the NUMBER of e-mails when sending ... it took many hours EXTRA to do that - now, with a major community service program, it throws them into SPAM? ... it also made me CHANGE my PASSWORD ( under the guise of 'suspicious activity???), which I did a few times!!- you need to immediately allow paid users of AOL to have the option to BCC their private/protected friends/volunteers to receive these e-mails???????????\Prior to this time (pre- October, 2018), I could send virtually unlimited BCC to contacts - please correct!!!!

If I can no longer use bulk mail for the sixty members of my club there is no reason to continue with aol. If I have to break this list down to seven lists of 10 names and have to re-enter all the email addresses anyway then I will just change carriers.
