In settings, you can click on Mail and then select General. There is a checkbox that controls the delete confirmation. Uncheck that box if you don't want to see that message again.

You can easily add folders to your toolbar and add favorites to the toolbar. This will allow you to add additional items

Can't print images in email without downloading??
I'm still paying for a "Gold" subscription, but I'm beginning to wonder why. What happened to hte "KISS" principle that made AOL great? Everything that used to be easy, now requires "workarounds" to accomplish.

Pay Pal access
I used to access PayPal wiyh AOL. Now it will not and I'm told AOL no longer supports PayPal. If possible I would like to see that enabled again. Then I won't have to use another browser to make payments.
Paypal.com works in AOL Desktop Gold. Be sure that you only navigate to Paypal.com official web sites.

The constant changes are clearly deleting many good features. If it is already available and it is used, why change it. More options needed

Too Many Problems
There are too many problems with AOL Gold. This is what happens when companies merge with other companies. Please go back to AOL 9.8. That was perfect.

Desktop Gold Font
aol gold freeses often. i try to reply, but the page the sender wrote doea not appear. often it blank. so I must use Chrom to replay their mail. Font size got smaller and gray scale, I had to change. All those things happened recently. Also it got very slow and sometimes does not open. I mostly use Chrom AOL. I am paying for Gold. You must fix it.

No longer able to save a composed email draft
There is no longer an option to save a composed email draft??? Even when I right click, there isn't any AOL option or feature that allows me to save this draft. When I exit out of the draft, there was an automatic prompt asking if I wanted to save it. Now, there is nothing and the email just goes away.
I can not even save it as a file!
Additionally, when I read the comments that other users have posted about this identical problem, that issue has been been closed by AOL and voting is blocked for other AOL subscribers…You can always click on the "Send Later" button to save the email.

How can I disable the new auto bulleting feature? Whether I use numbers or dashes, auto indent with bullets pops up. Grrr! Hate it!

not opening scan mail
When I write an email and attach a scan document into the email I cannot open the scan document to make sure I am sending the right document. I could always open it before, this issue of not being able to open it started about 4 weeks ago. I have talked to two service people, one said she would send it to another department, however, I never heard anything about it. Both time they took AOL of my computer and reloaded it. Both times it did not work. When I try to open the attachment it opens behind AOL. When…

Allow AOL users to do away with the VIEWS folder (and sub-folders) in our AOL Mailbox.
Being unable to delete the "views" folder in my AOL mailbox is a huge irritation to me. Is there a way to do so that I'm unaware of? I really hope that it's not a matter of AOL assuming it knows best about what its users need and want . . .
You can collapse the folder by clicking on the triangle next to it.

File Downloading from a Specific Website
Cannot download a file from mytrs.texas.gov. his is the first time it happened. Everytime I tried to download a file from this website, there's an error message pop-up. Error: Your pop-up blocker is enabled and may be preventing this document from opening. Please review your browser settings to disable the pop-up blocker. AOL agents already tried to look into it, but it seems like the option to remove the blocker is not available at this moment

aol desktop gold software not including images within email
I am not receiving any images within my emails in 2025. What happened?? Please fix this. I need those images to come through
It appears that AOL is investigating the issue but nothing has changed. I need images to come through in my emails.
