I have been with AOL over 25 years now --- I had this issue before, and it happened again>
MY FONT ISN'T WORKING PROPERLY - I always used GEORGIA 12PTS. (Writing and receiving emails) and Your agent tried every which way and it still did not work>
Last time about 4-5 years ago had similar issue and it was resolved within minutes.
Please I cannot use any Fonts - and the fonts that I have is HORRIBLE - I cannot read properly.

Why are you doubling the AOL gold monthly fee, which we should not even have to pay for any browser, and you never fix any of my problems?
You add 6 AOL 'helpful sites' in my favorites places that I can't delete and DON'T WANT. Do you think I can't find these items on my own?

Windows 11 new print interface doesn't display print preview on AOL Gold Browser.
Windows 11 uses a modern unified print dialog that often fails to show print previews for older Win32 applications like AOL Gold. It shows the error message "This app doesn't support print preview." when using the Windows 11. Please update the application to support print preview in Windows 11.

2 factor authentication issues
AOL recently added 2 factor authentication for my account. My first option is getting a code sent to another AOL email - if I leave my primary email to get code in other email, how do I get back to my primary?
Second option - get code on What's App - but I never go to that app and don't know how to.
Third option - click other options & then I can choose a text or phone call to my cell phone. Why are you making it so complicated? Why not just send text to my cell phone to…Hi there! Why can't I use my finger print to sign in on AOL?
I use my fingerprint to sign in on Microsoft, my computer, and Google on this computer. This makes AOL outdated and almost useless in the fight against spammers and information thieves.
I have started using Google for my important mail. People send me mail to AOL, and I never receive it.
It's time for AOL to step into the Biometric era. Passwords are archaic.James E

AOL Slow To Load
My AOL Gold browser when sign on is so slow the welcome and mail loads so slow. Can that be fixed to speed it up?
Please provide us with some specific mail actions with specific details about the mail (opening mail with an attachment of 4 image files etc.).
For the web pages, please be specific about the specific URLs that are loading slow.

Get gid of the warnings at the top of email...now two layers for God's sake...NO wrnings!!!
Yellow and black boxed warning about opening top of every email opened...STOP this I don't need warnings...get on with it!!!
We are evaluating this suggestion based on other users. Either button will work in dismissing that window. Our goal to make sure that users are protected properly.

Advertising on email
Why is there an advertising attached to my email panel? One day it's there the next it's gone. I pay a lot of money, get rid of it! My other email doesn't show the ads. Why is the fix applied to on and not the other. It gets in the way of reading my email. Very annoying for the price I pay.

Make it easy to get to the calender. Windows 11 is making things impossible. I like the simplicity of the AOL Calender but I have to search
Make it easy to get to the AOL calender and sync if possible, but I'll settle for being able to access it from the toolbar easily. I presently have to search online where it pops up and click on it from there. It opens to my account just fine and I'm using it, but NOT easy to get to.
Windows 11 calender is a mess and I gave up on it. It won't sync. Getting to it gets harder and harder and I've gone back after an update and my whole year calender was frigging gone. I had to rebuild…

spam delete
Two agents told me AOL Gold spam deletes and goes into the recently deleted file. Not so for me and I have an AOL customer since the 1990's. This issue just started. I don't have time to delete spam mssgs then have to read and delete permanently out of my recently deleted email folder. Maybe it is time to cancel AOL.
There is an option in settings -> Mail -> Advanced -> to permanently delete mail that is marked as spam

on one of my screen names it asks me to click on an approval for new terms of service. why does it not ask that for my other screen names? sounds to me like a hacking scheme
