Unfortunately, what you’re looking for is no longer offered in the current version of AOL Mail. If you’ve received a notification that a limit of the number of sent emails was reached or you’ve sent to too many contacts, you’ll need to wait before you can send more emails.

I've sent bulk email to friends for 15+ years. Suddenly, an error responds that I can't send that many. The technician I called couldn't explain why the change or why I wasn't notified in advance. She advised she wasn't even sure how many I could send at a time & suggested 10. I have many more than 10 friends! These are not business or spam emails but she was of no assistance. I'm VERY disgusted & on the verge of cancelling my AOL service.

Why you block my mail informing - too many recipients? It was never before, I mean one or five years ago? What is a problem? Why this annoying, bureaucratic obstacle???

I send out e-mails to a professional group with about 100 members. Suddenly I'm told that there are too many addresses. I'm not sending spam to thousands. Why is this a problem and how many can I sent at a time?

I would like to send bulk emails to my neighborhood to announce new neighbors, dues, deaths, parties, robberies, baby announcement and more however I wasn't able to do so because I am receiving bounce back emails. I hope this will be change for us to be able to send bulk emails without receiving any bounce back emails.

Good day! My name is Richard and I am an teacher. I'm sending an email for my students an they are about 20 of them. What makes me wrote this is because I keep on receiving bounce back email. I want to have an access where in I can send an email to my students/ class at once. With this, it will be easier for me as well as it will take few minutes to send an email unlike today.

can u add the white list or bulk mail list

No one seems to be listening at AOL. You no longer have a White List, and I am again prevented from sending out emails. Your so-called AOL Gold tech Julia has said to wait 24 hours before sending another one. AOL, you are running a business. Do you have no concern for those of us who are trying to do the same? We need the White List. I know your reaction will be to merge this with other comments, mark it as closed, and no respond. Just like before.

I'm running an email list of 500 names. I keep the list as an Excel file. (This is legitimate, not spam. These are people who want to know when and where our band is playing. When people ask, I take them off the list.)
I send to the list using bcc.
In the past, I was able to send to the whole list in one email. (I believe that means I was authorized to do "bulk mailing".) Your Help person told me that it is no longer possible to authorize a person to do bulk mailing in this way.
I would like this facility to be restored.
In the absence of this facility, I have break my list into six or eight pieces, and send separately to each piece. This is a time consuming task I would much rather avoid.

Your new policy of as of 1 APR 2019 to limit to 50 then number of people you can BCC to at one time is causing problems for my High School class that has 300 members. I recognize this new policy is an anti spam measure. But spammers transmit to millions at a time. Legit messaging between classmates or other small organization ( under 300 ) lists is not in the realm of spammers. Spammers operate in the millions of e-mails not hundreds. You need to restore your wide list program for legit small group mailings.

There are small businesses who rely on sending out bulk (not spam) emails. Please don't be anti-small business.

Is the white spam list even in force anymore? We could mass mail if we were on that list and were exempt from being kicked off aol for spamming. So does this still work or not?

I tried to send email to quite a few emails and get error message ERR5122. I am told that AOL now only allows 50 emails at a time.
Please open this back to where I can send to all of my people at one time. -

I'm having issues with sending multiple emails to multiple addresses. I keep getting an error message. I've tried to get help with this by talking to tech support. Nothing has been resolved. Email with AOL Gold has been a problem since it's inception. Why are we paying for an upgrade that is worse that the old software? And why can't we speak to someone who understands English not just speak it? Some problems can't be resolved by sitting at a computer with a step by step manual to follow. I spent 45 minutes on the phone yesterday with a tech with absolutely nothing resolved. Why can't I get help with this?

AOL must atleast have a better options to send a bulk message or at least have a white listing features for those members who have important business to do where bulk messaging is very important

I am an elected Township Trustee and I have been sending REQUESTED newsletters and alerts for years to my constituents and was on a WHITE LIST to allow my bulk emails. Now, I am being severely limited and was actually shut down today after trying to send URGENT emergency preparedness information about an approaching winter storm!
AOL / YAHOO are putting the lives and safety of my residents in jeopardy! Consider this a DEMAND to restore bulk mailing for people in my position!
