Unfortunately, what you’re looking for is no longer offered in the current version of AOL Mail. If you’ve received a notification that a limit of the number of sent emails was reached or you’ve sent to too many contacts, you’ll need to wait before you can send more emails.

The inability to send bulk e-mails is a pain in the a__. I handle an association with 200 plus members and now I have to generate 20+ e-mail groups . What a waste of mu time. I am sure there are other service providers that will treat their customers better. i will be looking to change.

Reinstate the White List. I have a large email population that I send and receive emails from daily, this list is a Military Retired community. I have used the list, 300+ email addresses since the 1980's on AOL. My Aol gold went down and had to reinstall it, and no longer able to send to the list as it has been restricted because of AOL no longer allowing the white list that allows the large number of recipients. The only reason I have and had AOL since AOL began, was because of the ability to communicate with the members of this organization. I was advised the white list was removed in May, but i was still able to use it up to August 25, 2018 until my AOL Gold had issues.
I reluctantly must close my AOL account and find another provider who will permit me to continue to send to the members if this matter is not resolved.
It is not feesable for me to break down the mailing list into smaller groups that aol would permit in an email because it would require me to send a large number of multiple emails to be able to communicate with my group, in addition to not knowing what the maximum number of recipients is allowed in an email before it is considered spam and restricted.

I have always been sending bulk emails and am now finding that process blocked. An error message keeps showing that does not allow my emails to go through. I am a paying customer, even though that should make no difference as I have not changed my habit of sending email. These emails are not spam as every person has given me their email addresses to use. This is very frustrating!

The discontinied Bulk email has a major impact on my Businees Development. After 20 Years + as an AOL member I kam have to look Elsewhere

I have been in the past sending out bulk prayers for our church. Now it won't send them. I had help from one of your techs and she took over my computer but to no avail. I NEED to be able to send out bulk prayers because I have so many people on my list. I have already broke the list into three groups and it worked before. I am not happy with this new feature.
Also my edit button is not working and I think some of my other buttons on the tool bar are not working as well.
I am not happy with this aol gold which I pay for and does not work like the old Aol that was free. The reference number of the tect support is 07203710

I sent a bulk mailing (about 425) for a local community club through Mail Chimp. Not a single AOL address (155) as well as 43 Yahoo addresses received the mail.., whereas Gmail, Comcast and others were not affected. Why is this happening???
