Listen to your customers
AOL has to start listening to its customers--or leave the business. If they don't, their customers will leave it anyway. Technicians are just running hog wild--introducing new networks, making changes in existing ones without taking into consideration whether their customers want them or if it will harm their customers. Case in point: why upgrade your network and remove security filters (i.e. restricting mail to people I know). Now, all spam enters my inbox--and anything reported as spam cannot be retrieved if inadvertently deleted. This is just crazy. I've never, ever seen a company like this one. Never!
