I have real concerns re: instability of aol gold
I've been with AOL for over 20 years, but I'm very concerned about the lack of stability with aol gold. The last week of aol activity has been very frustrating. Here's what I'm seeing: 1) I sent an email to a friend,
a copy to myself, and he called me a minute or two later. I told him about the email and he said 'Yep, I got it!' This is great! My email disappeared when I clicked 'send,' BUT I have yet to receive MY copy and there is no entry of the email in my 'send' part of the mailbox. 2) I clicked "sign on' and the first screen comes up where I'm just supposed to click continue. I do that and instead of taking me to a screen for my password, that screen disappears, I get no screen for my password, and instead get a DNS error. 3) I finally get on aol, visit a website, close the webpage only to see a totally white welcome screen with NOTHING on it. As requested, I called tech support about a previous issue with aol, only to be told it was not an aol issue but something wrong with my dsl; yet I can use IE and have normal service. I think this is the most problematic version I can recall, and I've also been a beta tester for aol beta. Please, AOL, assign more employees to clear up these problems. Thank you.
