Ever since I went to AOL Desktop Gold I'm getting a lot of ad e-mails and **** e-mails and I'm not very happy about it!!
Ever since I went to AOL Desktop Gold I'm getting a lot of ad e-mails and **** e-mails and I'm not very happy about it, especially since I'm paying you. Also, there's no easy way to block these sites without opening the e-mail. Please respond with a solution.

The best way to resolve this is to mark the emails as “Spam”, that way you can train the spam filter to better identify unwanted emails in the future. You can also block specific senders by going to the Mail menu on the top left, and selecting “Block Unwanted Mail” from the drop-down menu, then adding the senders emails address in the Sender Filter’s block list.

I am tired of vulgar parts of both male and female parts of the body e-mails How do I stop getting the. I know I will never get and answer at my e-mail account cause I have posted this too times and you people will not answer this question

Please update your aol Desk top gold with the same spam settings as with Yahoo mail. Whereas members can highlight all the e-mails that you want to block with one click of a button,

Now have 19 mails in SPAM still not picked up. Do your job and pick them up! Your SPAM control system is not working the way you thought it would. It is time consuming and a pain in the butt! If I don't want mail from a sight then I will unsubscribe them. It is not your decision to decide what is SPAM!

I now have 18 blocked mails in the spam control. And 18 mails sitting in Spam. All they do is keep changing their screen name and continue to send Spam. What year do you pick up SPAM?

For several weeks now, a tyranical fraudster has been sending our bogus e-mail messages promoting an endless variety of products and services that are fake messages. They all come from - newsletter@* with the rest of the address something resembling the name of the product they are promoting and always an extension of - .usI get 4 to 8 a day ! Can't you just block them totally? like - newsletter@*.us
This **** has got to be shut down, please.

EMPLOY SOME COMPETENT PEOPLE..I have reported issue with my SPAM going to my INBOX daily since Aug.2018..No one can resolve this why.....why not???
