AOL...think about this.......
I have been a paying member since 1999 and have seen many changes in AOL through the upgrades. the Gold Version is by far the worst created!!! Many thinkgs in 9.8 were very good for the members but you have changed or deleted them. It used to be fun to get online but you've changed all that.... It seems instead of listening to your members you've become ore interested in catering to advertisements! What will you do when your members are gone??? Have you checked the chat rooms lately? I remember when most were filled with 20 / 25 people now there are NONE! Why??? You could think about bringing back some of popular features that members are complaining about now....
