  2. I keep checking but none of my missing emails have come through...

    Is there someone out there playing God with emails? Why is only junk getting through, thankfully not all that much as compared to normal, but where's my PayPal confirmations? Where's the pics from my sons' graduation? Where's my support tickets? Where's the response from several of the agencies I've contacted? Who decides what emails I can receive, because it certainly seems like someone is doing something to stop these things...

  3. Email bug again.

    Starting today (6/3) my emails are being rejected... The dreaded Mailer email shows that the address I'm sending to has added an aol.com to the address for whatever reason... Wazzz up now??

  5. AOL Mail snafu

    On Friday 5/27/2018 I saved an email to my "On AOL folder" in a sub folder
    On Monday 5/28/2018 not only was my "On AOL" folder empty, my address book was gone, and all sent/saved mail after 2014.
    WTF is going on with AOL.
    The only reason to keep AOL, is so much data is archived on it.... if I can't retrieve that data, there isn't much point in remaining on AOL, now is there?

  6. Reminders not being sent

    Another Reminder was not sent to my mailbox yesterday. At this point more are not being sent than are. Actually, I don't remember the last one that I did receive.
    Previous to Gold I had been told to set them on aol mail/IE. What's the point of that? We pay to use the desktop software.

    I am not getting important emails, I sent 6 messages from my phone only received 2, just sent another one and it's not there, they are not in my spam either.

  9. mail settings

    I have made at least eight attempts to change my font and point to a different choice. It keeps going back to a default setting. Does anyone know how to make the new choice "stick"?

  11. Cannot send mail to addresses @cox.net, Why???

    Why can I not all of a sudden send email to addresses @cox.net?? Have I set something wrong? Is cox.net rejecting mail??
