Text colors in emails not working.
Clicking the apparent 'background' or 'text' color choices, does nothing.
There are no choices presented.
I did note that highlighted AND colored text reverted to black. But nothing allows other colors to be selected -

VERY WEIRD Result writing an email, with underscore character ("_")
While entering an Underscore as part of a file name in an email
(I.E. under_in-middle.pdf) the underscore did not show?! ... I copy/pasted that string elsewhere and it did display !!??I tested many underscores on a blank line in the same email - and they ALL SHOWED!?!
ONLY in that one section where I could not get the underscore to show, even copy/paste of an underscore in another line to that one

The Corporate Officers of Oath, LLC who bought AOL are obviously a bunch of twit-brained Baboons. They are living proof that having money and power has nothing to do with intellect and good management.

ADG matching Win 10 Theme
I was wondering if the top bar colour could match the current Win 10 colour them like other apps and software do within that OS environment.
Also I don't believe the background image changing option within the client shouldn't be listed under 'FILE' it doesn't make sense, 'Settings' would be a better option and location for that facility

I see that the Super Anti spyware professional is 29.95/year $2.50/month and AOL is charging more per month.
Going to other email addresses is not convenient as it was. I liked seeing if I had any email in the other accounts before opening them.

Downloading in AOL 11 needs some tweaking
I ran into a few glitches in downloading a file in 11 that should replace an existing Excel file in a folder with several files.
Downloading a file to replace an existing file in 11 doesn't have the option of replacing the existing file nor does it open a folder that has several files including the file to to be replaced.
Specifically -- Downloading an Excel file that should replace an existing Excel file in a folder with 'related' files (in this case a membership data base file, a dues paid file, etc.).

In Gold, the ability to elect to defeat Tab Browsing completely, needs to be restored!
Tab Browsing is a very serious detriment to the way we do research! It also needlessly occupies about a half inch of valuable vertical space on our screen. Whenever a new feature is added, AOL should design the option to defeat it if undesirable to the customer. It is disrespectful to do otherwise and it just be comes clutter. This alone is the greatest deterrent to retaining our business!

Several different browsers are listed to use and none of them AOL. Be nice if you fixed this.

SPAM "stuck" in my mailbox
Today marks the 3rd time that some SPAM is stuck in my spam folder. The message shows up in the count of spam messages but the message doesn't show up in the folder so I can delete it. From the first time when Tech Support called me and couldn't delete it, I know that I have to sign on to AOL web mail on the Internet and then can delete it. Mail Will Not Send
Today every single email I attempt to send results in "Mail won't send because of an error." There are no errors!!!! I have to put the mail into the drafts folder and then go there to send them. They go out without an error message, This is very time consuming and frustrating!!! Why can't AOL fix this problem that has been going on for a long time???

email has not worked properly in months now - so what does aol gold do ? - they add another unwanted , inconvenient , user unfriendly , + useless feature for deleting emails , while doing absoluetely Nothing to fix problems with EMAIL AT ALL !!! - nothing has been done in over 1 1/2 years now to inprove the FLAWED GOLD programs + to accommodate long time paying customers !!!!
