  1. Figure out a way to move old mail folders on my Dell laptop, circa 2014,2015,2016 to my new HP laptop with windows 10. There should be a way

    Have your engineers figure out a way to move my old AOL mail folders on my Dell laptoP circa 2014, 2015, 2016 to my new HP laptop with windows 10. I was told this is no longer possible but that is an unsatisfactory answer. When AOL upgrades it should permit older info to be included, otherwise the programmers are not doing a good job.

  3. New articles won't open on AOL. I have to go to free Chrome.

    Can't open articles on AOL pages. Have to go to free Chrome to read them. What's the deal? If I pay for AOL Gold, it should work. Right?

    Please allow people access to Aol Safe Central when they may have uninstalled it. I down loaded it but i never used the program. I dont even know how the program works.

  12. It appears you went in and wiped out all the passwords for previous screen names!

    You went and wiped out all the passwords from the old AOL! Don't deny it, because there are passwords I used for years on the old AOL. I knew that when Verizon got their hands on AOL, they would ***** it up, and I was right. None of the old passwords work anymore. I'm so close to dumping this new AOL, because you have no idea what you're doing. You think you are making improvements when all your doing is screwing it up.     The calendar issue might be caused by the fact that you are using an old bookmark (it points to an old sign on the page). Please delete the Favorite or Toolbar item that you are currently using, then open calendar.aol.com and add the new link to your Favorites or to the Carousel.

    Regarding the deleted SN please call us at 1-888-265-3733 in order to have one of the technical support agents further investigate this.

  18. AOL Gold is delivering some of my e-mails that are in my Address Book to Spam. Another glitch to contend with.

    Today AOL Gold is delivering some of my e-mails that are in my Address Book to my Spam folder. Another glitch I suppose. Hope they eventually fix their glitches and give us an AOL Gold version worth paying for.

    I sent a report yesterday about not being able to cancel an email as well as being able to send mail to my waiting to be sent folder. The words I can't were all over the report. We USED TO BE ABLE TO STOP AN EMAIL ESPECIALLY IF IT HAD AN UPLOAD IN IT!! Now we can't. You took that option away. I have problems with being able to put mail in my waiting to be sent folder, as in I CAN'T. I was going to put about 6 emails with uploaded files to send later, and every time it…
