ALSO i AM FED UP WITH ALL THE ADS AND YES I HAVE POPUP TURNED ON. I HAVE BEEN WITH AOL FOR MORE THAN 15 YEARS BUT GETTING READY TO SHUT IT DOWN FOR MYSELF AND MY WIFE SO KISS MY $$$$ GOOD BYE IF YOU CANNT RESOLVE THESE ISSUES -
It is vital to be able to save the entire email for resending and reference. Now I can only save as a PDF or Text File. This is really bad
Give us back all of our saving options to include pictures and attachments and not PDF files only or in TXT.

FIX THE BASICS AOL GOLD IS WORST PROGRAM I EVER USED. I BEEN USING COMPUTERS SINCE 1987.
1.) SAVE DRAFT SHOULD SAVE THE ORIGINAL DRAFT ONLY
"1 TIME" IT SAVES MULTIPLE COPIES.2) COPY, PASTE, CUT, UNDO, SPELL CHECK WORKS ONLY 50% OF TIME.
BROWESER EDIT WORKS 50% OF TIME
IT TAKES 4-10 CLICKS FOR EMAIL TO OPEN SOMETIMES IT FREEZES.DOESNT OPEN AT ALL, OR WILL NOT SEND.
THESE ARE BASIC EMAIL FEATURES WE USE EVERY DAY. ARE WE HAVING A LANGUAGE BARRIER HERE, YOU ARE FIXING THINGS NORMAL PEOPLE USE ONCE A MONTH!!!

1...SPELL CHECK IN WEBSITES-FORMS WORKS 25% OF TIME
2....COPY PASTE WORKD 25% OF TIME
3... EROR MESSAGES 50% OF TIME
4... EMAIL SUBJECT BAR, CANT PASTE REPEAT SUBJECTS.
5.. PROGRAMMERS SHOUDL USE THE EMAIL AND AOL BROWSER ... IN 1 DAY THEY WILL SEE MOST OF THE ERRORS. -

Put Favorites on Start Screen
It was on the Start Up screen once but disappeared. It is always jumping up with a Black Screen. which is annoying. Please let me go back to Aoll 9.8. I am 79 years olf and have used AOL for many, many years. Why did you have to mess it up.

Don't understand what happened to my username service. When I want to make a comment on a news article now, I have to type it in Every single time. In fact, AOL doesn't recognize me at all and I have to keep signing in and answering a security questions. NOT worth my time! And I PAY for this Service? Shouldn't AOL have notified us of these Changes? it's just one more extra step and frustration that I don't want to have to deal with. AND, they took away my Local News! I HATE AOL GOLD! Everyday i find something else…

Many of your news posts come under the heading of soft core *. I do not think that someone who rides the media train by posting nude selfies should be given time and place on the AOL newsfeed. There is true talent in this world, real time events, news and art. I have no need to look at the breasts of any low level, albeit, high-earning child.
