Unable to print titles of attachments in mail

i can no longer scan documents to aol gold from my printer,scanner copies at work, I can scan to my GMAIL acct,
i was able to scan from august 2017 till dec 15.2017 then it stopped i could only scan and email to my gmail acct

email address drop down suggestions are TOO limiting
I write many many emails to a company where the email addresses are 90% the same - I need only change the first couple of letters to change recipients. But with your new and not so friendly Gold, I can no longer make those simple alteratoins and I have to completely retype each address. Thanks for making me work harder and being charged for my efforts. Stupid.

Black Page when Clicking URL in email
often when clicking URL in an email I get a black screen in the browser. Reload doesn't help, but canceling the page, reclicking the URL will work. Sometimes having to cancel & reclick more than once.
No pattern as to when, just often enough to annoy.
I will Report as Bug the next time it happens.

Saving email: now requires 2 clicks confirming it is saved in a folder; old AOL required one click; this is an unnecessary duplicate step
When saving an email to a folder, Gold requires 2 clicks confirming save. Old AOL only required one click. This is unnecessary duplicate step. Change it back to only one confirming click to save an email.

Improve new emails reviewing by allowing infinite time to take action on a highlighted email.
When viewing my in box I have only 4 seconds to select an action like delete (via my keyboard delete key) before I have to re-left click the email to take that action. WHAT A PAIN IN MY ****! One should have infinite time to take action on a highlighted email, not a limit of 4 seconds (as described by a member of your Help Team).

We must be able to read attachments while still reading mail
How can I go to set up a file to place the attachments when I do not know exactly what the attachments are? I must leave the "reading screen" and then click on "my computer" to open files where the attachments was placed. And 5 out of 15 times the attachment is put by me) in the wrong location. THIS IS A HORROR.AND TAKES ME TEN TIMES AS LONG TO READ MAIL. i am thinking of leaving AOL where I have been for 17 years.unless there is a priomise of a correction.

Save Email folders does not work
Why is it we can't Save Folder As... or Open saved folder???? Why the option even still there? I have depended on this feature for years and is why I have continued to pay for your service. If this feature is never going to be available again it must be time to move on. What happens if pc crashes? All email is lost in software...

You can improve AOL Gold by putting it in the garbage disposal and go back to a REAL desktop that works!

AOL Gold . One minor request though , when clicking on ' Window ' at the top and clicking on ' tile ' it doesn't tile the windows , it stacks them unless one opens about three or more windows.

Want the same way to save email to a specific file on MY PC
I want to save email to a file on MY PC and want to drag/drop to a file folder. I want reponse like it always was "dropped to file "gail misc" or whatever the file title may be. Now only "dropped to MY PC .
