opening an email makes me start at the end of the email - and not at the top of the email
Could we please have our opened emails start at the beginning of the email...instead of it starting with the end of the email? It didn't use to be like this.
Who starts at the bottom of an email and reads up? When I open an email I have to scroll to the top to start reading it. This is very annoying.
Can we go back to opening an email at the top of the email?

Please use the report a bug option in the Help menu. This will provide us with some extra logging in order to determine the cause and get a fix out.

AOL GOLD Opens very slow Tech helped fix it and same issue came back after 2 week
Tech help fix it problem came back repeatedly

Problem with AOL Keyword Window
Why does the AOL Keyword window open whenever I log off AOL Desktop Gold?
There is a setting within startup settings to adjust this.

ALT-D and Address Bar
Request: Pressing ALT-D bring focus to the address bar and highlight all text, so you can press ALT-D and then just start typing the new web address
If you use Ctrl+L this is the shortcut for the behavior your described.

Repair AOL Desktop Gold browser for viewing reels and videos
I'd like issue resolved as to why I have to use Microsoft Edge to watch videos and/or movies. Aol constantly stops and buffers any reel that I watch. If I'm going to keep paying for service I'd like to be able to use AOL only for all my needs!

AOL Desktop Gold feels plain and a bit boring
I think AOL Desktop Gold would be much better if it brought back AOL Instant Messenger (AIM) as part of the platform. Back in the days of AOL 9.0, AIM was a huge part of why people stayed logged in—it gave AOL personality and made it fun to connect with friends in real time.

We always release our updates to our beta volunteer community before releasing to everyone else. You can go to keyword: GMME and then restart AOL Desktop Gold.

Update Screen is BLANK? Once AOL fixes that, It would be nice to see... THE ACTUAL DATE of the UPDATE! Thank You & I HOPE this will get your ATTENTION?
We deliver updates to AOL Desktop Gold fairly regularly. The Help -> About window will show you if you qualify for an update. The "what's new" page in favorites will show you the dates of all of our updates.

Cannot open some links on the browser
Gives this error message Error: 113 - ERRSSLVERSIONORCIPHER_MISMATCH
when attempting to open the links from the bank (sascu.com)..Which is a secure page.We researched this issue and found that the SASCU website you are using has updated their web certificate, but only on the website when you add the www prefix. Their recommendation was to use the following URL to access their site.

You have to delete all mails within the folder before you can remove the folder.

web sites can't be reached, Copy text issue, spam moving,
Lately AOL keeps saying that some sites cannot be reached. That makes no sense as I can reach them through Google Chrome.
Also, when you copy something to put it in an email it puts it in twice.
When you move an email from spam to new mail it does not go into new mail right away. The number of new mail shows it is in there but it isn't until whenever it decides to go there.
None of this makes any sense.

Alphabitize the folders
I can no longer put my folders in alphabetical order and that is a TERRIBLE loss on my AOL. You MUST put this feature back on.
Are you referring to the mailbox or favorite places?
There is an option to sort your favorite places under the OPTIONS button at the bottom of the favorites window.
The mailbox folders are sorted automatically in alphabetical order

In settings, you can click on Mail and then select General. There is a checkbox that controls the delete confirmation. Uncheck that box if you don't want to see that message again.

ads are making my aol horrible, nothing works except the ads.
Ever since the new sidebare with the double ads began running my AOL has slowed way down. Its almost as bad as the old dial up. We are not happy.. I have had multiple calls with techs and spent several hours trying to resolve the slow speed. nothing has helped.
AOL. needs its own troubleshooter app like System mechanic that users can run on their own to clean up or fix AOL issues.Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Lately have been getting this notice when trying to sign in to my account at Spectrum:

This feature is currently unavailable. Please try again from home or contact us for assistance. IDID-4000.Has anyone else been having this problem? Don’t know whether it’s on their end or mine but, needless to say it’s frustrating!
There was a large mail outage last week that impacted email. That issue is now resolved.

After you click print, you will see a print preview
On the upper right hand corner there is an option to SAVE and PRINT. Save will save that print as a PDF.
