  11. Go back to the old look of the AOL app! It worked MUCH, MUCH better. I still don't like the way this newer format works.

    Or, actually, doesn't work, as the case may be.

    There are so many requests to revert the app to the old look. And there have been from the start of this change. Why won't you please do something about it? And by "something" I mean change it back to the previous look/design. That one worked just fine. Please acknowledge your loyal customers.

  18. Stop putting suggested recipient list for new emails. It is too easy to hit the wrong name by accident, or to hit more than one name.
