  2. Please allow me to open email attachments in email. I have to download the attachment and then save it to word to see the attachment content

    AOL did this on its own. I did nothing to create this problem.

  4. I downloaded the AOL update. why did you shift folders into my saved folder and how do I undo that

    AOL update is awful. Leave the SAVE folder as and where it was and leave the rest of my folders in alphabetical order. I do not want you automatically putting random folders into the SAVE folder.

  11. Fix the Spam Blocker! I'm getting disgusting trash that used to go straight to the spam folder. What happened?!

    For years this stuff went to the Spam folder. Why am I getting tons of it in my inbox now? What changed?

  16. when aol upgrade to yellow icon my email from AOL is not showing, only a white screen.

    I have 2 accounts so I hope this can get resolved. I do pay for AOL sevice.

  17. A0L Email - I would like to see the email app to have a sort order by name amd by email title. This woule be included in all mail folders.

    sort order added to the name, sent, to and title fields in all folders (inbox, sent, trash and spam). The email sort funconality should have a toggle to sort ascending or decending.

  18. Addresses in history or past used show up every time I try to write a new email. make it go away!

    When I try to write a new email some old addresses appear 3 of them total and can not be deleted. I dont know if they are suggestions but causes unintended recepients. Just make the new email show up blank and allow users to type the address.
