    Sorry to hear that you are having a bit of trouble with the App. To resolve this, please try the troubleshooting solutions below: 1. Clear the app's cache 2. If you're signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove 3. Restart your mobile device 4. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version 5. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

    Hi there. In the AOL app you can choose the edition. Please tap on your profile icon, then on Settings and scroll to the General ones and tap on Edition. You can then choose the UK one. You'll see news from the UK as well.

    I have trouble hitting the right key because they are so small.

  10. Everything was fine with my AOL app on Android until October 4th, then now I cannot delete my emails from the app. They keep coming back.

    Deleted emails keep coming back to folders. I've tried everything so far to keep them deleted. Problem started October 4, 2022. there was no problem deleting them before this date.

    While most spam emails are being caught by our spam filters, occasionally some can slip through.

    When this happens, it's very important to mark the email as spam, then our system will learn that messages from a specific place are not good and helps us make AOL Mail even better at recognizing future spam emails.
