    Hi. The issue should be addressed by Samsung and fixed in the next One UI 5 update, which should start rolling out by the end of February. In the meantime, I would suggest using a different keyboard than the one you have, such as GBoard (Google keyboard) or Microsoft SwiftKey. We appreciate your cooperation!

  5. you transfer my e-mail acct to my new phone. you closed off my laptop acct, not desktop lately.Got it restored. Can ********* my new phone.

    I phoned in and after a long drawn out session my laptop is restored after you dropped it. now my new phone I can't get it. what the heck. At 91 I am so tired. lpaullus@verizon.net. I

  8. tell me how to change the "details" line to represent my own email name. When I click on email details it shows Travelocity App not me.

    My emails come to me just fine, addressed to my email account. However, when I click on the "Details" word at the top in any email, my phone has substituted "Travelocity App" for my email address. The emails are sent to my correct email, but on my phone only, the "Details" button changes to "Travelocity App." This only occurs on my phone, not my wife's phone or any of our computers where that "Details" line says the email was sent to my official email. Please help me change that line.

Please check your filters and if it's something there that you do not recognize or can interfere with your incoming emails, please delete them.     Hi there. The block feature is available at mail.aol.com from a laptop/PC desktop. The block feature is best used for people, not spam, since spammers can use spoofed accounts. Meaning what you see might not be the actual sender address. The more often you mark these emails as Spam, the more you train your personal mail filter to recognize them as unwanted. I'm sorry there is no quick fix for this issue!

  20. Add more account recovery options for those of us who no longer have the same phone number. I am blocked out of my account and cannot signin

    I've had my account since grade school but now all of the sudden I can't log in and don't have the phone number for the recovery of it. I was also using this account as my Google recovery so now I have no access to either of them and have lost all the photos and everything on my Google account because of you guys being so **** difficult.
