Provide a way to change FONT and FONT size.
Current "settings" are non-existent and/or a joke! Other users have asked for the same and it is "under review." UNDER REVIEW?
Verizon STUCK me with your POOR QUALITY email service. I didn't want it! Now, for tech support you want MONEY? I AM PAYING VERIZON!

Make email sorting, searching, and editing usability more layman friendly. A pop-up help query w/o searching all topics.
Especially when checking the spam folder, when I trash an email it should delete all duplicate emails from the same source.

the most annoying thing is this very pop-up asking me if I enjoy it or dislike it yeah get rid of that and that might help with the enjoymen

either use letters or numbers on reset code for passwords, not both. I usually don't see letters for a code & I'm afraid it's Phishing

Please create a separate app or section for the news and focus on the mailbox. Mail is outdated + irrelevant
This app needs to be updated. The style and design feels like it can be focused with more attention on mail and less on the news. The news app is glitchy, and the algorithm doesn't function or well properly. Just get rid of it, and listen to your consumers when they tell you that!

I want the option of the old email format. Stop changing things. The reason I've stayed with AOL is because I want what I'm used to.

Can you give better access to my contacts when I am writing an email? They are available via my computer, but not via the phone app.

you get rid of the next **** option and let people read an article by scrolling, not opening 15 flicking pages to read an article,
like most I'm going to cancelmy subscription, why pay for the (next) irritation when you offer it for free. just email for me now, I can't stand trying to read an article on AOL. well done you fixed something that was great and made it **** kudos to the idiots that did it

Pas de problème pour le traitements des mails mais beaucoup trop de "news" anciennes qui restent dans le menu déroulant.
Trop d'infos anciennes, trop de publicités et comme tous médias trop anxiogène !
