I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:
1. Clear the app’s cache
2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
3. Restart your mobile device
4. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
5. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile dataAfter you’ve performed these steps, should you still encounter this issue, please reach out to our support team at help.aol.com

Fix cursor/screen problem which occurs when replying to emails. The screen jumps and I can't see the cursor. Using Galaxy S21 Plus.
Fix replying to Email problem. The view of the page jumps to bottom of the email that I'm responding to and I can no longer see the cursor. Using Galaxy S21 Plus.

when I click on reply to reply to an email, the cursor jumps down to the bottom of the page and I need to scroll up to try again.
cursor continues to jump down the page not allowing me to reply.

recently started getting a sound notification for every email in the AOL app even though I have notifications turned off. do not want sound!

Fix the reply function. Once I start typing a reply, the screen jumps to the bottom of the email and adds hard returns. Over and over.

find a way to stop the duplicate emails. I keep getting two notifications for the same email! so I'll get one email but a notification for 2
since the last update, I've been getting two notifications for one email. so 1 email shows up as 2, 2 shows up as 4, etc.

heighten security! My email address and password are constantly being compromised on the dark web. Tired of changing my password so often.

Fix this:I can't reply to emails,without it disappearing&going to bottom of received mail. I have to scroll up to see mine over&over again.
When I try to reply to an email, & I'm writing it,email dissapears& goes to bottom of recieved mail. I have to scroll up over&over again. And I can't see the entire email I'm writing. Extremely frustrating,having to keep scrolling up everytime I pause or go back to correct something in my return email. Horrible problem with the new app for AOL. Please fix this issue.

I'm unable to receive email to ***@verizon.net. Unable to add @verizon.net to @gmail.com when I go to 'all mail' view n Gmail account.
Unable to receive email in ***@verizon.net.
Also unable to view *@verizon.net email in my ***@gmail.com email under All Mail.***@verizon.net at that point should come over to **@gmail.com automatically.
