  9. I was forced to install a Verizon sim card on my Samsung phone..now I can't open links in my emails.

    Straight Talk forced me to install Verizon SIM card on my Samsung S9. Now I can't open links in my AOL mail from my phone.

    I'm getting a lot of x-rated spam which I try to delete all. How they started who knows but they need to be stopped. Is there anything to block permanently x-rated spam messages?

  14. add back the ability to easily switch between email accounts. your latest change means I can't access one of them on my phone.

    on 8/12, I could easily switch between my AOL email accounts. on 8/13, I'm now unable to get into anything other than the account that is earliest in the alphabet, which is not my main account. I need access to both accounts regularly

  15. PLEASE ELIMINATE THE "NEXT IN MORE FOR YOU" POP UP at the bottom of stories your reading. It blocks the bottom of the story

    at the bottom of a story there is a pop up that says "next and more for you". it begins to block The story You're Reading and is very annoying. I don't need to know what's next. I'll look for it myself. also there is serious problems with pages jittering as you're trying to scroll up. that is to say that the pages shake and have difficulty actually moving up while you're attempting to scroll up. it's been there for quite a while. please repair these two items.

  18. need help recovering password it keeps saying I have an account but cannot reset password

    after updates I am not able to sign on on my laptop it keeps telling me that my password is incorrect and to try later and I keep trying everyday with no results. impossible to get help from AOL
