  5. Stop ripping off your subscribers charging them for membership. Also nearly impossible to reach and he wanted to beat anyone ever

  7. please advise how I can stop FOX NEWS from appearing in feeds. I would prefer it not show.

  10. return to the old format for look and feel of email.

    Ads in the beginning I can deal with, but in the middle of my email is unacceptable. Also, I keep getting what looks like a legitimate email from UPS for Lowe's, Ace Hardware and a few others saying that my package is on the way. I keep sending these to Spam which usually stopped the flow in the past but not anymore.

  11. Most of the previous posts basically say: why doesn't AOL leave well enough. And it is also clear AOL never stops making matters worse.

    Refund ALL the extra $$ I've paid since AOL raised the fee $2/month.

  14. Allow users to choose what screen they are welcomed to so it doesn't feel like a super intrusive giant ad you have to click away to see mail

    instead of going on this giant home screen you should give an option in settings to just default to mail when you open the app because it feels like a giant ad and very intrusive.
