  1. Why can't I access my contacts to correct them? I don't use a computer anymore, just my smartphone and have no way to fix my contacts.

  6. New email has disabled the keyboard

    The android keyboard/Google keyboard needs to be reinstated when composing emails. Because an update has changed something, spell check, predictive text and auto capitulation have all been disabled.

  8. permanently delete the email when I delete it not send it back to me

    why don't you fix it. why are you going to ask if you're doing nothing about it? it's abusive to make someone continuously delete the same emails.

  19. Stop placing ads randomly in between emails, with the same font, clearly designed to trick us into clicking on them. Deceptive advertising.

    Stop hiding ads in our emails to trick us into clicking on them. Now they're randomly placed with identical font. If I try to delete multiple emails, and mistakenly click on one, it takes me out of AOL. I will specifically avoid any company in these deceptive ads, and I'll let them know it's because of AOL's practices.
