    I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:

    1. Clear the app’s cache
    2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
    3. Restart your mobile device
    4. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
    5. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

    After you’ve performed these steps, should you still encounter this issue, please reach out to our support team at aolmailquestions@aol.com.

  7. Fix the "enter email address to deactivate AOL account" because something went wrong.

    I want to delete some of my AOL accounts especially my username because the username was made in mistake. However when I enter the email address, something went wrong. I'm really not a flatfoot. It's supposed to say Irate_Policewoman@aol.com.

  8. App not working

    My aol app stopped working yesterday on Mt Samsung S23. My phone software is up to date. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but it just briefly opens then closes straight away.

  9. Contact lists in Android version

    Contact lists are missing in the Android version (mobile app). Android version 7.22.3.171949 (on Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra). Contact lists from the desktop version do not transfer across to the mobile version and there is no option on the "Contacts" menu to add Lists. THIS IS AN IMPORTANT FEATURE that's just missing. Please fix.

  13. often I only get email for the past 5 to8 hours and the jump to the day before. if i search for something sent during that time, I can find

    I am often missing emails listed for review. it will skip from 5 hrs ago to 1 day ago. if I look on my computer there may be 10 or 20 emails listed during that time. if I search for a specific email during that time I can find it. but I can't rely on seeing all my emails from my phone..

  14. I cannot get my aol email from Outlook anymore, why not?

    I used to get my aol.com email via Outlook about 6 months ago. it just stopped and I can't get it reset even with service desk help.

  18. tell me how to change the name of the sender when I write an email. The sender name is not mine.

    When I write an email, the sender name comes up as someone else. In order to use the correct sender name, I have to delete the one that comes up automatically and replace it with my own.
