fix the interface with MS Outlook
can't send or receive. I am prompted for my password but it isn't accepted. everything was fine up until 3 weeks ago. I'll be migrating my free and paid AOL accounts to gmail soon.

cannot sign on. you state sending a verification code but I have to go to another screen to retrieve it. when I go back to sign on with ve
only need ONE sign on screen. stop sending verification code when signing on. it is NOT WORKING & FRUSTRATING

Hi there. I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:
1. Clear the app’s cache
2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
3. Restart your mobile device
4. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
5. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data
After you’ve performed these steps, should you still encounter this issue, please reach out to our support team at aolmailquestions@aol.com. -

Here’s how to change the edition:
1. Open the AOL app.
2. Tap the Settings icon Settings icon.
3. Under the App Settings tap “Edition”. From here you can choose an edition for country related news, videos and more.Regarding receiving emails issue, we want to have one of our mail support agents look more into this, please reach out to them via email at this address: aolmailquestions@aol.com.

Why to I have to request a new password everytime I attempt to read my AOL email??
Basic plan lacks protection for email
In most cases this problem is caused by the use of a VPN (virtual private network). A VPN will hide your real location, and for security reasons AOL will ask you to verify your login.
