  3. In app notification sounds are no longer working. I used to be able to customize notification sounds within the app & it no longer works

    In app notifications are no longer working. I used to be able to customize incoming email notification sounds but that option is no longer working on my Samsung S20. I counted on that feature to distinguish between incoming personal emails vs incoming bussiness emails. Even after using AOL for over 30 years, I'm seriously considering using a different email application due to the loss of this function.

  11. I'm moving my current mail to Gmail. They provide the mail service without ads and no monthly fees. You will lose more cutomers

  12. replace DESKTOP GOLD with a version that does not change the format of emails. Older versions didn't do this; future ones shouldn't, either.

  20. How can I see multiple folders? I want to keep some emails but not all in my inbox?
