permit formatting with bold, color, type size with emails and drafts.
allowing word with emails to be bold, italicized, red, black, blue, etc. and allowing copied text within emails to be same size and bulleted. Google email format construction is a good example.

insert a feature to select and collect multiple email [from a particular sender] without needing delete one by one also needhighprioritybttn
