How can we improve the AOL App?

Sometimes my mail will not load. It has been frustrating.

This app needs to be more consistent in loading mail. Sometimes it works, and tonight it will not let me read any mail. It is frustrating!

Sorry to hear that you are having a bit of trouble with the App. To resolve this, please try the troubleshooting solutions below:

1. Clear the app’s cache
2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
3. Restart your mobile device
4. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
5. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

    Pourvoir ouvrir les liens qu'il y a dans le mails. Là, en cliquant il ne se passe rien, c'est assez embêtant.

    whenever i try to sign into the account, it works for me to type the email address in, but once i type the password, the page freezes (waited 10-15 mins on that page and nothing happens). most likely this is due to the latest update. i've also tried the password on the webmail and that works just fine, so the issue its with the aol app

    if deleting may on app, then checking mail on desktop, mobile deleted mail shows back up in desktop inbox. reported many times.

    I am planning to delete the AOL app and use another email app if deleted AOL emails continue to be received multiple times, which is an annoying waste of time.

    I have tried the suggested fixes, nothing works. This has been going on for a while and it's very frustrating. Please fix this.

    I just spent an hour with tech support and he was unable to resolve my issue. My email is ***@aol.com. My issue: When I receive curtain emails, I open the email with no proglem, but when I try to open an attachment, it will not open. Im using an android phone and it has a red app with white rectangle for mail and ALL emails work perfectly there. Its just my AOL app that not longer will open an attachment. It work perfectly up until a couple of weeks ago. Please help

    important mail distributed to folders has disappeared without warning. how can I get the contents of folders back. No I did not delete them.

    email says sign in then just sits and spin not useful

    phone very slow, and failed messages

    No notification sound available. There's no place in settings to select any.
