How can we improve the AOL App?

Sometimes my mail will not load. It has been frustrating.

This app needs to be more consistent in loading mail. Sometimes it works, and tonight it will not let me read any mail. It is frustrating!

Sorry to hear that you are having a bit of trouble with the App. To resolve this, please try the troubleshooting solutions below:

1. Clear the app’s cache
2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
3. Restart your mobile device
4. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
5. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

    fix the app so it does not continuously crash on my tablet every time I try to open a story.

    I need technical support..no email. I can see subject line of incoming, but click into it and it doesn't open..just spins. Since everyone communicates via email now, even doctors, this is urgent. Please help.

    I only see new email on the AOL app if I either manually refresh the folder with a swipe of my finger or exit and re-enter the in-box. Many of my friends are experiencing this same problem and it is affecting all of my AOL addresses, not just the one entered below.
